Jupiter projects are multi-device, whole-home, existing-wiring Wi-Fi/mesh, seasonal-home resets or small-office projects. Parts extra; 50% deposit to reserve the day. No same-day promise or normal hourly-rate quotes.

What extra charges may apply?

Same-day during normal hours: +$49, subject to availability (not Jupiter). Weekday visits are available 6–10 p.m.; weekend visits 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Listed prices apply during these hours, with no evening or weekend surcharge. Holidays: 2x normal rates. Confirm overlapping surcharges in the quote.

How do parts and projects work?

Parts are landed cost +20%, with a $20 minimum procurement fee. Projects over $500 require a 50% deposit. Tax treatment and quote details are confirmed in the quote.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellation under 24 hours is $50.

What happens after I submit?

Your request is reviewed before any visit is confirmed. Street address is optional until scheduling. Never send passwords, payment-card details, camera credentials or sensitive device screenshots.

Jupiter: premium quoted projects only, $650 labor minimum, parts extra, 50% deposit to reserve the day. No same-day promise or normal hourly-rate quotes. Eligible projects: multi-device, whole-home, existing-wiring Wi-Fi/mesh, seasonal-home resets and small-office projects. No standalone tune-up, printer, camera or new-wiring work.

What needs attention?

This form does not offer same-day booking. Where eligible, same-day service during normal hours is +$49 and subject to availability; it is not offered for Jupiter. Other timing and quote terms must be confirmed individually.

Smart-home work is device setup and configuration, not security-system installation. Battery/plug-in devices and existing connections only, without electrical modification. Mounting, app setup, Wi-Fi connection, configuration, training and troubleshooting may be reviewed. New cable/PoE runs, electrical work, alarm integration and new hardwiring require a licensed professional; no referral partner is implied.

Privacy and follow-up

The information you submit is stored privately in this website’s service-request records for authorized administrators to review and follow up. It is not a public ticket or customer account. The owner receives a notification, and an administrator may explicitly send a service-related email update to your supplied email address. Email delivery is not guaranteed. A service-request notification is also delivered to the help-desk provider used to track and answer requests, so requests can appear in the owner’s support app. Hosting, email and help-desk providers may process this information; website/server logs may separately record connection details. The plugin uses short-lived salted hashes, rather than raw IP addresses, for abuse limits. Records are retained until an administrator removes them; no automatic deletion period is configured.
